Healthcare Content Operations
Trauma Therapy Group Publisher
A therapy practice needed a faster, safer way to turn Google Docs into polished WordPress blog drafts with SEO fields, brand-consistent imagery, and human review before publishing.
01
The Problem
The content workflow had too many manual steps: copying from Google Docs, cleaning HTML, preserving headings and CTAs, preparing SEO metadata, generating a suitable image, uploading media, and assembling the WordPress draft. For a healthcare brand, the system also needed to stay review-first and avoid publishing anything automatically.
02
What I Built
I built a private Trauma Therapy Group portal with a guided publishing wizard. The workflow accepts a shared Google Doc, extracts and cleans the article, structures sections, suggests focus keywords and metadata, generates image variants in the practice's visual style, uploads the selected image, and creates a WordPress Elementor draft with CTA and SEO fields prepared for review.
03
The Outcome
The team gets a repeatable draft-creation system instead of a manual copy/paste process. Posts still land as drafts for human review, but the formatting, image, SEO, and WordPress assembly steps are handled consistently.
